Real Estate Investment
Getaway Management is a direct investor in single and multifamily real estate properties. By adhering to a strict and rigorous underwriting process using a data-forward approach, only the properties with the greatest potential to outperform and appreciate are selected. By partnering with Getaway, our clients can both maximize the value of their current portfolio and expand into new deals we target as investors to generate even more passive income.
Investement Criteria
Single or multifamily properties with strategic locations that allow for the execution of rent growth strategies— both opportunistic and value-add considered. Ideal properties offer multiple revenue-positive options, as either short term or traditional rental units. $500K-$5M. Target CoC of 17% min.
